A large, multi-country telecom organisation with complex system landscapes and high demands on reliability and scale.
Work has typically taken place in contexts involving:
- large transformation and modernisation initiatives
- coordination across multiple business units and technology domains
- balancing long-term architecture with continuous delivery
TVM (TV4 / MTV)¶
One of the leading media and streaming groups in the Nordic region, operating in a fast-moving, commercial environment.
Engagements have involved:
- streaming platforms and supporting systems
- advertising, monetisation, and data-driven services
- alignment between content, product, and technology teams
AFA Insurance¶
A long-established insurance organisation operating in a regulated environment, with long system lifecycles and high demands on stability, traceability, and correctness.
My involvement at AFA has included senior solution and enterprise-level architecture roles, with responsibilities such as:
- end-to-end solution architecture in large transformation initiatives
- defining integration strategies across core systems and surrounding platforms
- clarifying data ownership, master data, and system responsibilities
- supporting transitions from legacy solutions to more modern architectures
- working closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and IT leadership
The work required balancing regulatory requirements and operational stability with the need for gradual modernisation and improved agility.
Raise Group¶
An international group operating multiple consumer brands across markets.
Engagements have focused on:
- scalable system integration across countries
- identity and access management in distributed environments
- supporting growth without increasing operational complexity
