Christoffer Råsten

I have more than 25 years of experience in technology, working across development, architecture, and leadership roles.

My work is centred on creating clarity in complex environments — establishing structures, principles, and decision-making practices that hold over time. I help organisations define architectural direction, align teams and systems, and ensure that execution remains predictable and grounded.

I bring a strong hands-on engineering background together with long experience in solution and enterprise architecture. I typically work close to both leadership and delivery teams, translating strategic intent into practical, executable decisions — without adding unnecessary layers or ceremony.

I also come from a strong sports background, where teamwork, discipline, and accountability were fundamental. Those values continue to shape how I work: take responsibility for your role, respect the team, and deliver consistently.

Family is an important part of my life and provides perspective beyond work. I live in Nacka, outside Stockholm, and run my consultancy with a long-term mindset — prioritising judgement, trust, and sustainable delivery over short-term trends.
