I work as an independent consultant helping organizations improve how they create value through technology, architecture and organizational design.
Over time that work evolved into an ongoing body of thought I call Organizational Flow.
Through TROi I share both practical experience and the ideas that emerge from it. The blog captures observations. The paper develops those observations into a coherent perspective.
